Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical tags and labels remain attached to the surf hardware or apparel.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5 business days.
