How long does it take to ship a custom surfboard?
Custom surfboards typically take 4 to 6 weeks to shape, glass, and cure before they are ready for shipment. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your board leaves our factory.
Do you ship surfboards internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We use specialized heavy-duty packaging to ensure your board arrives in perfect condition. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
What is your return policy on technical gear?
Wetsuits and technical hardware can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status in real-time.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. For high-value surfboard purchases, we also offer financing options through Klarna.
Are your surfboards covered by a warranty?
We guarantee our boards against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. However, please note that breakage or damage due to impact or misuse is not covered under warranty.
